On Being Angry On Angry People
Anger can be contagious.
It's easy to be angry when another around you is.
But getting angry for that doesn't make anything better.
When the other is angry;
It is wise not to do the same,
But to act consciously;
And understand the futility of instinct.
See, anger can blind the person unbeknownst to them;
And that is a very bad way to be blind.
It is hard to be aware in the heat of battle,
And when instinct tells to act certainly;
But overthrowing the power of instinct;
Is one of the best powers anyone could have.
Being angry on angry people;
Serves no one.
Replying with kindness & understanding,
Saves both.

New app I've been trying:
Fabulous
This app was recommended to me by a friend and it's fabulous.
Fabulous was incubated in Duke University’s Behavioral Economics Lab led by Dan Ariely. It's a beautifully designed app that uses insights from behavioral science which allows you to develop great habits. What I like about it is that it makes small things matter, and it allows the process of behavior change to occur (through science!). A lot of thought went into this app and if you wish to build better habits or incorporate new things into your routine, this app is for you.
It's available on the App and Google Play Store as Fabulous-Daily Routine Planner.
