001 Going To Space, Habits And Starting Up
Hello! This is my weekly newsletter. Here's the list of what's been going on this week. Learning new things, ideas, experimenting, books, news, and more from this week.
Welcome to my first newsletter ever—001. I'm really excited for this journey. Thanks for signing up.
I started my website on July 11, 2021 and wrote two articles about how I started my blog and why I started it. You can read them by clicking the links above or at arjunkhemani.com/blog
Also I intend on writing an article a day, if all goes good :)
Big News! — Sir Richard Branson flew to space with his Virgin Galactic Unity 22 flight on July 11, 2021. It was truly amazing to have experienced watching the live stream. Richard Branson surely is a motivation. You can read my thoughts about it here
Book I've been reading this week: Atomic Habits by James Clear. After being recommended this book from quite many people, I finally read it and found it incredible! It's probably one of the greatest books I've ever read. In his simple yet profound way, James Clear points out four laws to build better habits and break bad ones and explains wonderfully, the importance, causes and effects of habits in our lives. This book made me look at habits from a different perspective.
A quote which I found amazing this week:
"Well, the brave may not live forever, but the cautious do not live at all."— Sir Richard Branson, 'Always: a letter to my mum'
